VIAJE A VILLA OCAMPO , SANTA FE, ESCUELA MARTÍN FIERRO

Catalina Lazo de 5º y los alumnos de 4° año viajaron a Santa Fe para reencontrarse con nuestros ahijados de la escuela rural Martín Fierro, la cual apadrinamos con tanto cariño. Durante dos días realizaron la pintura de dos aulas y compartieron  actividades como juegos matemáticos, construcción de origamis y juegos al aire libre. 

Aunque las condiciones climáticas fueron adversas y extendieron nuestra estadía más de lo planeado, supimos aprovechar cada día extra. Recorrimos  Villa Ocampo, conocimos  un ingenio azucarero, visitamos la Casa de la Cultura con su museo y, sobre todo, fortalecimos los lazos que nos unen.

Volvemos con el corazón lleno y la certeza de que cada experiencia compartida deja huella.

 

               

 

                   

 

                     

 

         

 

             

 

     

 

    

CAMPAMENTO DE 6° GRADO

Los alumnos de 6° grado disfrutaron su campamento en El Socavón, Olavarría, participando en muchas y divertidas actividades. El clima y la temperatura nos acompañó durante los tres días. ¡Excelente experiencia!

   

 

     

 

      

 

                     

A.D.A. ARGENTINE DEBATING ASSOCIATION

Congrats WINNERS!!
On Monday 12th, DHS participated in the 2nd round of debates organized by ADA (Argentine Debating Association).
Franco Castro and Camila Aquilini (Senior team) won the Oak Cup round 2. Delfina Castro, Pilar Raina and Camila Garcistegui debuted as juniors and won the Acorn Cup 2nd round. The motion was This House believes that grades should permanently move from a letter/percentage to a pass-fail system. Very interesting topic for education these days!

A.D.A. ARGENTINE DEBATING ASSOCIATION

Last week senior students Facundo Giambini, Franco Castro and Ana Atencio participated in the first round of the ADA Oak Cup. Congratulations on winning the 1st round!

 

Congratulations to Pilar Mascarenhas, Emma Balian and Olivia Pino for debating as juniors for the first time representing Dover High School in the ADA (Argentine Debating Association) Acorn Cup. They did it amazingly and showed great team work!

The Masters 2025 – During the competition, we were assigned to help a charity. It was a long and challenging journey, but we managedto overcome it as a team! It was a great experience, and we would do it again!

In our free time, we explored the city of London and some of its most iconic attractions: the Tower of London, the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the River Thames. We also visited Windsor Castle and learned about part of its history. Unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime!
